Tuboleto.cultura.pe is the official site for purchasing tickets for the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu in 2025. According to the Ministry of Culture and the Peruvian government, this platform, managed by the Ministry of Culture in Lima, will begin operations in 2024.
The Ministry of Culture has introduced three new circuits to visit Machu Picchu, each with a visitor limit. The most popular route is Circuit 2 Machu Picchu, known as the classic way to explore all of Machu Picchu. These circuits are further divided into Route A and Route B.
During its initial operation in 2025, the Tuboleto.cultura.pe reservation system experienced significant problems. If not, try following steps 1-3 without a VPN before subscribing to a service. We cannot guarantee that a VPN is always necessary, but it has helped resolve payment errors in some cases.

The technical team of the Ministry of Culture presented the characteristics and advantages of the “Agencies and Reservations” module, which is part of the modules that make up the new platform, in sessions held at the facilities of the Casa de la Cultura de la Casa San Bernardo in Cusco.
The attendees expressed their opinions and questions, which were answered by the technical team regarding the operation of the ticket sales modules for Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail, as well as the control modules, processes, payment gateways, reservations, and cancellations.”

Tuboleto.Cultura.pe: News About Machu Picchu
The Joinnus company signed a one-year contract with the Ministry of Culture to sell Machu Picchu tickets. On July 31st, 2024, Joinnus will end its contract and stop selling tickets.
Tuboleto.cultura.pe is official website for the sale of tickets to Machu Picchu. This platform redirects users to the ticket purchasing application on Joinnus.
Originally scheduled for January 12th, the sale of Machu Picchu tickets for the first days of January 2024 was postponed due to ongoing issues with its application.
Minister of Culture, Leslie Urteaga, has confirmed that there will be a brief delay in ticket sales, not a suspension, to allow users to familiarize themselves with the new system.
“We decided to extend the virtual ticket sales for Machu Picchu through the Joinnus platform for a few more days, in light of the conflicts in Cusco. However, we are actively working to strengthen our own platform for purchasing tickets for the cultural offerings. That’s why we have opted to temporarily utilize the new platform for a year,” stated Minister of Culture Leslie Urteaga.
She emphasized that the decision to engage with the Joinnus company strictly adheres to the State’s contracting regulations.
For ticket sales through Joinnus Machu Picchu, you can visit the following link: Tuboleto.cultura.pe, which redirects to Joinnus Ticket Sales.
MachuPicchu.Gob.Pe
The www.machupicchu.gob.pe website will no longer sell tickets starting from January 15, 2024, and the system will be permanently closed. Inca Trail tour operators and travel agencies are unhappy with this decision, as privatization could have long-term consequences, leading to an annual increase in the price of Machu Picchu tickets.
